Query multi-tenant load and proxy only in discriminator mode

load and proxy called get for every multi-tenant entity, including DATABASE and SCHEMA mode, where there is no discriminator filter to bypass. Those modes again return a lazy proxy. Discriminator mode still loads through a query.
