Oak 1.0.21 and Oak 1.2.6 release plan

Hi,

the changes for OAK-2929 are now reverted in trunk, the 1.2
and 1.0 branches. See OAK-3411.

Unless someone objects, I would like to create new releases
today from the two branches. To reduce the amount of JIRA
issue changes, I will rename the 1.0.20 release to 1.0.21
and 1.2.5 release to 1.2.6. Similarly, I will rename the
future releases for the 1.0 and 1.2 branches we already have.
