About the time for next Parquet sync up (Jan 27th)

hi Julien~

Next sync up is scheduled at 10am PT, but it seems a little inconvient for
Asian attenders, since it's 2am UTC+8.

So I wonder if we could make it like 3pm or 4pm PT ? It's still OK if we
could not change it -- I'll try to stay up to 2am :-)
