Hello

I'm from github and want send patch for next functionality:
1. Added new functionality for ec2:
- list_volumes
- list_snapshots
- destroy_volume_snapshot
- create_volume_snapshot
- delete_keypair
- ex_destroy_image
- ex_modify_image_attributes
- tests for all this

2. In Cloudstack driver:
- repair some tests
- add possibilities create a port range rules in PortForwardingRule
- fix some methods names (list keypairs)
- fix list_nodes and now node object contains extra['port_forwarding_rules'] (in all code this feature doesn't work)
