In case an exeuction plan on a higher level depends on artifacts of a lower level the exeuctionplan builder currently generates install wrong and uncessary install tasks to fill the gap. This scenario is covered in JCRVLT-319 and requires adoption of the consumer.

This ticket is to track incorporation of this optimization into the content extension making use of this new mechanism.
