[I] Enable test `cast nested ArrayType to nested ArrayType` [datafusion-comet]

`cast nested ArrayType to nested ArrayType` test is ignored in #2897 due to `java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space` failure. We need to look into the root cause, fix it and enable the test again.

Observation: In Intellij IDEA the test takes forever, however via maven it passes pretty fast

Expected only Comet native operators, but found Project.
