Missing application web.xml, using defaults only

Hi All,
    I am trying to run tomcat from eclipse, getting something like
this . Any suggestions!

INFO: Missing application web.xml, using defaults only StandardEngine[a8050].
StandardHost[localhost].StandardContext[/OMS_ebiz]
