[~kevalbhatt]  What specific version of the animate.css package was dashboardv2/public/animate.min.css obtained from?  Please advise, as that info is needed to fully clear the licensing of this module.  I tried to match it up with several versions listed in the history on https://github.com/daneden/animate.css/blob/master/animate.min.css,  but could not find an exact match.  Thanks for your help.
