Reverted to Xerces XML Schema for milestone 1

 I lost quite some time last week trying to resolve failures in the W3C
WSDL test suite, when using ws-commons XmlSchema  in Woden . Several
problems were related to XmlSchema (posted to ws-general@apache). To ensure
I can meet Woden's end-Sept Milestone 1 target, I have reverted to using
Xerces XML Schema API in Woden for the time being.

Am happy to help fix XmlSchema later, but my immediate priority is WSDL 2.0
functionality in Woden.
