POC on java web services

Hi All,
 
I want write a POC(Proof of Concept) document on any concept in java
web services. I dont know how to write once and cant tell what  all a
POC contains. The concept can simple to intermediate and can include
any tools,frameworks like Apache AXIS 1.2, WebSphere 5.0 , WSAD, PKI,
Apache WSS4J, IBM XSS etc. Basically I want to introduce a high level
concept in the POC and a hands-on for the concept at hand.

Some examples that I think can be  below 
1. what are xml signatures/encryption and how to implement one usign
axis, axis handlers, pki, sign the soap message,  verify the soap
message

2. how to write custom axis (de)serializers and a hands-on to
demonstrate the purpose

3. how to use Apache WSS4J to sign and verify a soap message

4. axis handler types and a hands-on for axis transport, global,
service handlers etc etc.


Can anyone please redirect to me any such POC document (template)
available on NET. Please suggest ...
