[PR] examples/rmtchar: Increase initial duration time [nuttx-apps]

   ## Summary
   
   * examples/rmtchar: Increase initial duration time
   
   With higher RMT source clocks, small durations are hard to be
   detected. Increasing it makes it easier to enable automated tests.
