Procedure for performing a release

Hi There,

UPnP Sub-project is getting more and more near to a Felix release stage 
(even if the code is stable and working), so I'd like to know if there 
is a document describing the procedure for performing a release. Anyone 
can help?

I cannot help with Felix-specific information, but you can have a look
at http://www.apache.org/dev/#releases for general information about
releases at the ASF. I also wrote a blog post about this a while ago
at http://codeconsult.ch/bertrand/archives/000759.html
