> We need to upgrade the transitive dependency from pac4j on springframework 4.3.7.RELEASE to 4.3.13.RELEASE. Since, pac4j doesn't have a 2.x.x release with this upgrade we should be able to just exclude it from the pac4j dependency and explicitly upgrade it in the same pom.
