Helping Out

I believe in the Apache 2.0 Overview session, a comment was made about the
mod_status HTML output being ugly in 2.0 and needing someone to clean it up.
I am more than willing. I am new to this list but very willing to
participate (as Bill Rowe has found out). Apachecon really got me pumped on
trying to do what I can for Apache.

Just in case anybody wants background on me ( I heard about most of you at
Apachecon). I work full time for the company below doing server maintenance
and web programming (PHP + MySQL). I also run the Open Source PHP Project
Phorum <http://phorum.org> (which some may have heard of). I have also
contributed one function (set_file_buffer) plus docs to the PHP project.

Anyway, being new here I know I need to prove myself. I just need to know
where to start. Rasmus can speak a little of me (although he is probably
getting tired of hearing from me on another issue :).

Re: Helping Out

If you want to help, then welcome!!! If you are interested in cleaning up
the mod_status output, just go to src/modules/standard/mod_status.c, and
poke around a bit.

It's not the cleanest module, so if you need help figuring it out, let me
know.
