Log spamassassin and qmailmrtg7
Hi,
qmailmrtg7 claims it displays spamassassin stats in its page.
So, i'm logging spamassassin to a file called spam.log The command to
extract the info from it and insert it in Apache files is:
"/usr/local/bin/qmailmrtg7 S /whateverdir/spam.log"
Well, spamassassin is running deaminized as user spamd, but it still logs if
the ownership of spam.log is either spamd.root or root.spamd, because there
is a group spamd also.
Well, the problem is whenever i run the command above i always get the
error:
"failed to open dir /tmp/spam.log"
As you can see, i even put the log file in /tmp and gave it 777 permissions,
but i always get this error. This is driving me completly bezerk.
What might be wrong here ?
It would be nice if spam.log can be in /var/log Is it possible?
I already run out of ideas :( :( :(
Any help would be appreciated.
Warm Regards,
Mário Gamito
