I looked at the differences, file sizes for NARs remain the same and there are no new dependencies, just upgrades of existing ones

@sullis Thanks for keeping an eye on iceberg updates. Have you compared the contents of the resulting nar builds before and after this change? Do those changes require any changes in licensing/notice information? Does it mean we can remove/clean up some of the logic in our poms ?
Iceberg and basically any components from the Hadoop ecosystem require a level of attention/effort that is unique and considerable.
