Thank you Dave for the email. This issue was raised by a user via the ‘Feedback Hub’<https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4021566/windows-10-send-feedback-to-microsoft-with-feedback-hub-app> app within Windows 10. I’ll make a note about the latest version.

My question is which version of OpenOffice was tested. Did you test the latest version 4.1.7? Where did the media you tested come from?

OS Build:18362
OS: Windows 10
App Version: 4.15.9789


Processor: Model:Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU     E6750  @ 2.66GHz
Graphic Card: NA
Memory:3956

Repro Steps:
1. Install the application from vendor site.
2. Launch the application.
3. Observe.

Actual Results:
App hangs on launching

Expected Results:
The Application should run successful without any issues.
