[hudson] Killed misbehaving build "Axis2/43"

Dear Axis2 devs,

FYI  I just killed an Axis2 build on Hudson that has been running for
~19hrs and was apparently stuck.

I have reconfigured the build to fail if it is apparently stuck (i.e. it
runs over 2hrs).
