Failure loading Tapestry IoC module DevelopmentModule

Hi guys,

I hope someone can help me solve this as it's just started today and I'm
scratching my head.  I was adding a new serviceBinder into the AppModule to
build an external service that I want to use (added dependency to pom.xml
and imported my class no problem) and configured my web.xml to hold
parameters that would be read by Injecting the Context and calling
getInitParameter method.  However since class loading can be unpredictable
I've been advised against using any static member varibles and just
hardcode the particular values of interest which appears to be fine.

On trying to run my project (which previously has not given any problem) I
now see the stacktrace below.  No changes have been made to the web.xml to
alter the <context-param> value for DevelopmentModule and any changes that
were made in the AppModule have for now been commented out which should put
me back to my default project setup.   I've not made any other changes to
any other file or module so I'm confused why this RunTimeException is
happening, but maybe i've missed something.

I'm running on Eclipe Indigo on Windows 7 64Bit OS.

Any tips will be appreciated.

I guess the problem is in the lines above. Notice the different package  
structures.
