[VOTE] Apache ServiceMix Bundles Set release

 Hi all,

A new Apache ServiceMix Bundles set is submitted to your vote:
- aws-java-sdk-1.1.1_1 (new)
- smack 3.1.0_1 (new)
- qpid 0.8.0_1 (new)
- jibx 1.2.2_1 (new)
- cglib 2.2_1 (new)
- spymemcached-2.5_1 (new)
- jasypt-1.5_2 (fix dependencies)

For these new bundles, they are required for projects such as Karaf, Camel and ActiveMQ (and ServiceMix itself of course).

The Jasypt bundle fixes a not used dependencies issue in the Import-Package statement.

Staging repository:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapacheservicemix-014/

Please vote to approve this release:

[ ] +1 Approve the release
[ ] -1 Veto the release (please provide specific comments)

This vote will be open for 72 hours.

Thanks
Regards
JB

Hi Jean

When the vote has passed could you promote the release to apache central?
It would be great to have this sorted so we have that settled, and can
begin the Camel release early next week.
