Fail to use WSDL2C.bat tool

Dear Developers,

I'm going to generate a service skeleton in C and use WSDL2C.bat in the binary axis2c. And I follow the README file it shows me:

E:\Source\axis2c-bin-1.6.0-win32\bin\tools\wsdl2c>WSDL2C.bat -uri interoptestdoc
litparameters.wsdl -ss -sd -d adb -u

E:\Source\axis2c-bin-1.6.0-win32\bin\tools\wsdl2c>echo off
Unrecognized option: -uri
Could not create the Java virtual machine.

What's wrong with the uri option? How can I do?
