Currently, recovery from savepoint with changelog.enabled altered is not supported (an exception will be thrown because of wrong state handle type).
 
It can be implemented by: * {{disabled -> enabled}} : load materialized state with empty non-materialized
 * {{enabled -> disabled}}: in {{changelog.snapshot()}} , call {{underlyingBackend.snapshot()}} (instead of {{writer.persist()}}) if savepoint
