Python process is dead
Apache Spark reassigned SPARK-17638:

Assignee: Shixiong Zhu (was: Apache Spark)
> Stop JVM StreamingContext when the Python process is dead
> ---------------------------------------------------------
>
> Key: SPARK-17638
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-17638
> Project: Spark
> Issue Type: Improvement
> Components: Streaming
> Reporter: Shixiong Zhu
> Assignee: Shixiong Zhu
> Priority: Minor
>
> When the Python process is dead, the JVM StreamingContext is still running. Hence we will see a lot of Py4jException before the JVM process exits. It's better to stop the JVM StreamingContext to avoid those annoying logs.
