   This quick PR addresses an issue introduced by #634 - the changed version of either Hugo or Node caused the landing-pages to ignore HTML blocks in markdown instead of parsing them.
   
   Instead of trying to restore the previous behavior (which probably no longer works for a pretty good reason!) I implemented a shortcode `rawhtml` that can be used to cause this behavior in those cases where we *really* want it.
   
   I also moved the inline CSS styles on the docs landing page into a separate SCSS file. In general I think it's good to keep markdown plain 👍
