> Negative numbers for Bidi/RTL languages are not handled correctly
> -------------------------------------------------------------------
>
> Key: TRINIDAD-2219
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TRINIDAD-2219
> Project: MyFaces Trinidad
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: Components
> Affects Versions: 2.0.0-core
> Environment: windows
> Reporter: Bino Kohli
> Priority: Minor
>
> When the string is a negative bidi number, e.g. "12.5-", the (numberString*numberString) and (numberString / numberString) return NaN. So it fails to parse. So need to parse it correctly for RTL/Bidi cases. Correct behavior is to send the correct value (-12.5) when this check (numberString*numberString) and (numberString / numberString) is done. Later display it as Bidi.
