Work Description: javdrher opened a new pull request #5736: [BEAM-4391] Example of distributed optimization
URL: https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/5736

This PR contributes an example to the Python SDK which uses Beam for distributed optimization. The example distributes a set of items over a set of factories, which need to be optimized using standard scientific libraries (e.g., SciPy). In order to do so, the pipeline generates a grid of all valid mappings of items on factories, then optimizes the factories for all these mappings.

A test file is also included, I tried to copy the coding style from the other examples.

   ------------------------

Follow this checklist to help us incorporate your contribution quickly and easily:

    - [x] Format the pull request title like `[BEAM-XXX] Fixes bug in ApproximateQuantiles`, where you replace `BEAM-XXX` with the appropriate JIRA issue, if applicable. This will automatically link the pull request to the issue.
    - [ ] If this contribution is large, please file an Apache [Individual Contributor License Agreement](https://www.apache.org/licenses/icla.pdf).

It will help us expedite review of your Pull Request if you tag someone (e.g. `@username`) to look at it.

> Currently, we are writing a blogpost on using the Beam Python SDK for solving distributed optimization tasks. It will include an example of a optimization problem with both discrete and continuous parameters, which is then solved using Apache Beam.
