Here is an overview of the issue:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
        Key: FOR-103
Summary: [PATCH] Remove border="0" from renderlogo.xsl
       Type: Improvement

     Status: Unassigned
   Priority: Minor

    Project: Forrest
  Component: Forrest skins
    Fix For: 0.6
   Versions:
             HEAD

   Assignee:
   Reporter: Marshall Roch

    Created: Sat, 3 Jan 2004 3:42 AM
    Updated: Tue, 27 Apr 2004 12:12 AM

Description:
Attached is a patch to remove "border="0"" from skins/common/xslt/html/renderlogo.xsl. The border attribute prevents XHTML compatibility, and isn't necessary in HTML4, since even Netscape 4 can handle img { border: 0; } in CSS. Most of the skins already have the proper CSS; tigris might not, I didn't see it during my cursory look at it, but it is easily added.
