[jira] [Updated] (WAVE-447) Error during build: wave/config/wave.conf: No such file or directory

Peter Warrington updated WAVE-447:
----------------------------------
    Description:
I am new to this project and tried to build Apache wave from source on my Ubuntu 17.04 laptop through the Vagrant method however I got the following error:

sed: can't read wave/config/wave.conf: No such file or directory
tar (child):
apache-wave-bin-.tar.gz: Cannot open: No such file or directory
tar (child): Error is not recoverable: exiting now
tar: Child returned status 2
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
cp:
cannot create regular file '/opt/apache/wave/apache-wave/config/application.conf'
: No such file or directory

This is probally something obvious however I tried to search through bugs and the documention but was unable to find a soloution. Thank you!
