Discovered while debugging https://github.com/apache/metron/pull/1554.

In several poms, we carry through metron-integration-test as a compile time dependency. This means it gets pulled into the uber jar, and suddenly we have a ton of junit and other test time dependencies being carried through to what we deploy.
