I'm not sure we need to do anything else here, but still worthwhile checking up. I posted something on the general@incubator list, to which pquerna responded:

There hasn't been a CCLA, but all of traffic servers commits have been
covered by iCLAs of the comitters, so no, Yahoo does not need to do
anything else.
