[Axis2] Time for 0.93 release

Hi All,
    We had planned for the 0.93 last month, but due to various factors 
we could not do that.

    Now we have loads of new features added on top of 0.92, and we 
should be releasing with those for the user benefit.
    We are doing some doc comments and code format improvements now, and 
I would like to propose to release 0.93 as soon as we are done with that.

    I will call a vote for the release, when it is more clear when we 
would be able to finish the code format updates.

    Your thoughts are welcome.

[Axis2] Code style review [was] Time for 0.93 release

We have completed reviewing client API and engine sources including 
their headers.
Headers has been updated with better doc comments as well as the layout.
The overall API is improved with more const parameters where appropriate 
and with more relevant and matching names for functions.
If you have some time to spare, please peek into client API and engine 
related code and review.
