+Maven 2.x Plug-in for Eclipse

+ it under the ASL 2.0. An application has been submitted to the Eclipse Foundation and we hope that in the near 
+ future the Maven 2.x Plug-in will be a project at the Eclipse Foundation. As such the license will 
+ change if the Maven 2.x Plug-in is accepted as a project. We just want to make users aware of 
+ what might happen in the short term.
