Woden serialization

Dan,
as discussed, if you finish the list of JIRAs and the Eclipse Extension 
Registry investigation while I'm away next week, you can start on Woden 
serialization. For now, just look at the WSDLWriter implementation and the 
DOM2Writer utility class in WSDL4J as sourceforge.net and base your code 
on this. We need an interface org.apache.woden.WSDLWriter, but just create 
a single DOM-based impl class for now....WSDLWriterImpl will do as a class 
name. We can look into DOM vs OM implementations and refactoring common 
code into a base class when I get back.
