    Resolution: Invalid

Running through sqlline with the parameters you passed implies you are running in embedded mode i.e. the drillbit starts and stops when you start and stop sqlline respectively. And you cannot access the web UI without a drillbit running. 

Seems like you are trying to run just one drillbit in non-embedded mode. You can run it in distributed mode with one drillbit; please refer to [drill installation docs | http://drill.apache.org/docs/install-drill-introduction/].
