I think what you mean is you want to locate the host and port of&nbsp;task 68250, so you can check the cause of your error.
You can check this front-end webUI&nbsp;http://xxxx/#/projects/task-instance&nbsp;to find your task instance host and port.

clear the task queue in zk for path: /dolphinscheduler/task_queue
change the state of the task to failed( integer value: 6).
run the work flow by recover from failed

Since it is a production cluster, you also want to support specific steps.

Is the path to ZK registered only in ZK

After submitting the task, the task is always in the state of successful submission. The icon is a gray circle, but the state of the workflow instance is always executing. Clicking to view the log in the Web will report an error: Task Instance does not Set Host.
