Apparently there is some space between the hover 'button' and the hover-menu.  When your mouse get's into that space, you may shortly unhover, and then you lose the popup menu. 

When your mouse moves fast enough over the popup menu,  the popup remains visible.

The space between the button and the menu should become zero.
