Xerces 1.2.0 release announcement

Hi,

This note is to announce the availability of the Xerces-j 1.2.0 release.

This is a source and binary release and it incorporates the following fixes:

Release 1.2.0

Merged redundant Attribute validators inner classes with the data type 
validators. [jeffreyr]
Fixed namespaces bugs for endElement method in SAX. [jeffreyr]
Fixed misc. Schema Datatype bugs. [jeffreyr]
Fixed misc. DOM implementation bugs. [lehors]
Fixed Makefiles and documentations. [andyc]
Added "any" with "processContents='lax|skip'" support for Schema. [ericye]
Added feature "load-dtd-grammar" [ericye]
Fixed a bug in reset() method of XMLValidator. [ericye]
Fixed misc. Schema Structures bugs. [ericye]
