Struts Console as a Web Application

Does anybody know of a web application with functionality similar to 
that of the Struts Console 2.1 James Holmes wrote?  Basically a web 
interface for managing the various struts xml config files similar to 
the way the "admin" webapp manages the Tomcat server.xml file.  TIA!!!
