[jira] [Updated] (CASSANDRA-13425) nodetool refresh should try to
insert new sstables in existing leveling
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-13425?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:all-tabpanel ]
Marcus Eriksson updated CASSANDRA-13425:
----------------------------------------
Resolution: Won't Fix
Fix Version/s: (was: 4.x)
Status: Resolved (was: Patch Available)
wont fix:ing this, I don't think the added complexity is worth it and we now support importing existing leveling using {{--keep-level}} when using {{nodetool import}}

> Currently {{nodetool refresh}} sets level to 0 on all new sstables, instead we could try to find gaps in the existing leveling and insert them there.
