how to create and deploy a web service which has SOAP Header

Hi,
   I am new to the web service. I want to develope a web service which uses import external schema (ie) when wsdl is generated it should have an import element pointing to extenal namesapce. Also I want to create a web service which has the SOAP HEADER.I would appreciate the early response.
