   +1 code blob would be ideally streamed right into the container in the future as well (from object store even). 
   
   However this can be done already in terms of fetching the action code as WhiskActionMetadata for a run instead of WhiskAction. This would allow the change to happen independent of the attachment work (incremental and semantic preserving change which later benefits by what should be a transparent change wrt attachments).
