                    spam sometimes.
           Product: Spamassassin
           Version: 2.60
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3
         Component: Rules
        AssignedTo: spamassassin-dev@incubator.apache.org
        ReportedBy: admin@opt2.net

Hello,

My name is Eric Gray and I'm the general manager of the webhosting company
known as Opt2.net. I'm writing to try and get a little help. I hope you are the
correct person to report this to. Our domain names are sometimes kicking in
your spam assissin to indicate they are spam when in fact they are not. Our
sites are opt2.com, opt2.net, & opt2.biz. We've been online since 1997. We have
never spammed anyone, we don't even maintain a mailing list. But one of your
rules *(Below)* (maybe others) helps to mark our email as spam. Additionally,
since we are a hosting company and our servers are named server.opt2.coma and
ns1.opt2.com, our customers emails are also being incorrectly flagged sometimes
as spam. Can you modify or change your system so that it does not affect our
customers?

header Spam tool pattern in MIME boundary MIME_BOUND_OPTIN 2.900 2.800 2.800
2.700

In the email it shows:
X-Spam-Status: hits=2.4 tests=OPT_HEADER version=2.60

Whatever else you need to know, just ask. I realize spam is a major problem,
but we are getting it from both sides... tons of spam, plus our emails are
being sometimes flagged as spam.

Thank you.

marichelle & eric
