[PR] Update list of AWS Redshift cluster node types [airflow]

ramitkataria opened a new pull request, #55741:
URL: https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/55741

The node types in the dc and ds family are not supported anymore. This replaces their usage in Amazon system tests and updates the list of supported node types in the doc for `RedshiftHook`. For reference: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/redshift/latest/mgmt/working-with-clusters.html#rs-node-type-info

You should likely make the same changes in the unit tests like https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/main/providers/amazon/tests/unit/amazon/aws/operators/test_redshift_cluster.py#L99
