Still not 100% ready ? ,  testing github build from 27.05.2016 with qpid-c+++

createReceiver for jms.topic.TMS.TimetableHandlerClient;{ mode:consume, create: never, node : { durable:False, type:topic } }

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'qpid::messaging::LinkError'
  what():  Link detached by peer with amqp:internal-error: AMQ219001: error creating temporary queue, AMQ119032: User: null does not have permission='CREATE_DURABLE_QUEUE' on address jms.topic.TMS.TimetableHandlerClient

So it seems to want to create always durable subscription  (tried durable:False, durable:false , and durable:0 and other combinations, so I think code does not really does not check the flag ? } 

Will test tomorrow with added permissions to see if durable works.
