bamboo spam ?

Hi devs,
What do you think about creating a tapestry.build newsgroup for the
bamboo build posts? It does make the dev list quite hard to track...

The commit messages go to to special list (commits@tapestry.apache.org I
believe), why can't the continuous integration server's email go to a
special email list?

Also, Bamboo sends out messages only on failure, which we try to keep
to a minimum.  But the failure message is an effective inducement.
