[ANNOUNCE] Apache SkyWalking PHP 0.7.0 released

Hi all,

SkyWalking PHP Agent provides the native tracing abilities for PHP project.

SkyWalking: APM (application performance monitor) tool for distributed
systems,
especially designed for microservices, cloud native and container-based
(Docker, Kubernetes, Mesos) architectures.

This release contains a number of new features, bug fixes and improvements
compared to
version 0.6.0. The notable changes since 0.7.0 include:

1. Fix target address in cross process header.
2. Add Memcache plugin.
3. Refactor mysqli plugin, support procedural api.
