Form renders its hidden fields in onComponentTagBody(), which is never called when the markup sourcing strategy is PanelMarkupSourcingStrategy. Please can we move this to a dedicated method which can be called from MarkupSourcingStrategy#onComponentTagBody() when the component is instanceof Form.
