KAFKA-7612 enables all Xlint warnings apart from the following:
{code:java}
options.compilerArgs << "-Xlint:-rawtypes"
options.compilerArgs << "-Xlint:-serial"
options.compilerArgs << "-Xlint:-try"{code}
We should fix the issues and enable the warnings.
