Modified: src/share/dtd xml.xsd
Log:
Include a modified version of xml.xsd (from W3c) were the DOCTYPE element is removed (commented). Xerces 2.0.1 seems to have problem with this entity when schema is used and the parser is running inside a firewall, using a local copy of the xml.xsd.
