   ### Description
   
      At present, the reading stage is determined by the identification of the data itself, but when the stock data has been synchronized, if there is no incremental data, it is impossible to perceive whether to enter the incremental stage.
      Optimize the metric that MySQL enters the incremental stage when the whole database is migrated.
